Vihanya
A Social Impact Initiative.
Rooted in the Sanskrit Vihāyasa (विहायस), meaning sky and boundless freedom, Vihanya exists to bring that freedom to those who have never known it through legal aid, rights awareness, and the belief that justice must reach as far as the sky stretches.

ABOUT US
Justice for All, Not Just the Privileged
Vihanya was founded on a simple belief: the law belongs to everyone. Vihanya was founded on a simple belief: the law belongs to everyone. We are building a community of advocates, professionals, volunteers and committed individuals working to bridge the gap between the promise of justice and the reality faced by those who need it most.
In a region where many face legal challenges without representation, we extend dedicated legal support, awareness camps, and counsel to vulnerable communities. Beginning in Delhi NCR, with a vision to expand access to justice wherever it is needed.
Our mission goes beyond individual courtroom representation. By conducting localized legal awareness workshops and providing hands-on documentation assistance, we empower regular citizens to understand their rights and navigate complex legal systems with confidence. We believe that true justice begins when fear is replaced by knowledge and accessibility.
The law is not an instrument of the powerful. It is a shield for the vulnerable.
